I highly doubt she acted without Trump’s approval. In fact when she was asked point blank about this, she said she would not answer that.
My guess is that this has been orchestrated to highlight the Romney pick as an olive branch to the Republican establishment. Trump is now scheduled to meet Romney again. I would expect that Romney’s nomination will follow shortly.

I totally agree, no way would she “go rogue” ... Trump knows exactly what she is doing and he knows exactly what HE is doing. This admin is going to be a “hoot” ... everybody will be guessing which nutshell is hiding the bean. He’s a master at this and it will drive the press NUTS. But if we don’t get involved, but just sit back and eat the popcorn, this is really going to be entertaining.
