I think we all know that the fraud is mostly at the registration stage, then a lot of illegal absentee votes harvested by “helpers” of the elderly and challenged. Then there is the multi-state voting problem, which can’t be investigated because Democrat-run states refuse to open records for comparison.
My hope is that Trump’s AG unleashes a serious investigation of voting nd registration fraud that results in prosecutions and legislation to plug the gaps. Crooks will always find loopholes and scams to get their way, but current law invites it. There need to be a national registration system for federal elections, with real mechanisms for ensuring only US citizens can vote in federal elections. Something has to be done to stop the “helper” scams — this is the most difficult problem to address without infringing upon legitimate rights of some.
Good points. Since voting is a state issue it will be tough to sink in the fed teeth into this but I think there is a way: 14th amendment.
