Stein probably assumes that the 2020 nomination is hers for the asking, so she is piling up cash for the 2020 race. She needs to be primaried.

Who knows, but she has two hours to file it. Furthermore, she has to have 1/2 of the money on her site as real liquid cash, not pledges, and an issuing authority that WEC will accept.

The recount has created confusion about the relationship between the Green and Democratic parties because the states chosen for the recount are only states in which Hillary Clinton lost. There were close races in other states such as New Hampshire and Minnesota where Clinton won, but which were not part of the recount.

I guess some Green Party voters are slightly smarter than I gave them credit for. Even they know that Hillary Clinton's people are behind the recount, and that they're using Jill Stein as their puppet to push this so that Hillary can save face and not look like a sore loser.

If any state deserves a recount on statistical grounds, it's NH, where Hillary won by only a few hundred votes. Obviously, this isn't being done in the name of accuracy, it's being done to harass Trump and his people as they try to build a transition team.
