The demand was enough to crash the request website. I assume that is why they sent this email out:
“Printed tickets are NOT required for this event. However, attendance is limited to the venue’s capacity––thus, you are encouraged to arrive early.”
My wife works downtown and it took her over a half to get out of the parking garage. It is still a mad house downtown. If there are empty seats, it won’t be for lack of interest. This is the same location as the WHO tragedy years back and they are still very conscious of that.
