Bill Clinton will go down in history as the most unprincipled and useless person ever to serve as President of the United States. Even his supporters knew he was about as reliable as a fart in the wind, and would do anything to sign any bill into law if he thought it would advance his career.

There are a lot of words you can use to describe someone like this. LEADER isn't one of them.
