The deadline for filing for a recount in PA was Nov. 21. Stein didn’t file until Nov. 28. It shouldn’t take a competent judge more than a minute to look at the two dates and dismiss the recount as illegal.
This could all circle back to Bush v. Gore, and the precedent set by SCOTUS that these endless recounts violate Trump’s rights under the 14th. Amendment.
Though the Left would likely count any ruling that links Trump to that case as a propaganda win.
Pennsylvania is run by Democrats, who incessantly insist that elections are trustworthy and fraud-free. Now, not so much?
