You would think a Clinton elector not voting for Clinton would DECREASE the chances of her winning.
It appears the author does not fully grasp the subject matter he is reporting on.
The idea is to draft Romney or some other Republican (”country before party”) and either persuade Trump electors to come along or throw the election to the House, where they hope this draftee will be selected.
