Sort of too bad, but definitely in the context of minimum risk, better that there be no recount.
Following the recount in Wisconsin. Honest people there so far. Almost no change to Election Night counts — Trump +7 votes at 330K votes recounted (11.3%). Another bunch will report tonight. Good chance 25% of the state done by tonight.
I’m confused. Is it too late for more voter requested recounts? Is Philadelphia being recounted, god forbid.

Did’nt the Bush/Gore decision require recounts in the entire state rather than in only selected counties?
