City, county(s), state(s) generally are afforded immunity in such cases, and do file a response, in the form of a 12(b)6 Motion to Dismiss, on the grounds of Failure to state a claim, upon which relief can be granted.
If so, I'm not quite sure how the court(s) will respond to the 12(b)6 motion, in this case.
I think this time, because San-Fran-Freak-O is a sanctuary city, the court(s) just may waive any immunity.
I'm praying, the court(s)waive any immunity.
Sanctuary cities are nothing but little foreign countries within the borders of the United Stated full of illegals and run by people illegally ignoring Federal immigration law. They should call them Amnesty cities.
Am I reading this correctly? ICE turned him over to SF to face drug charges. Then SF turned him loose because there were no warrants.
Either SF officials lied to ICE or they are incredibly incompetent. OR BOTH. If they lied, they are accessories to the murder. It’s the case of the driver of a getaway car is guilty of murder if anyone dies.
Thanks for clearing that up...
Thanks for clearing that up...
Aiding and abetting in a crime where a murder happens incurs the same liabilities as if you had pulled the trigger yourself.....
thank you for link
