From history? Back when I was in grade school, local stores sold “Lick M Aid”. Small packages of about a teaspoon full of Kool Aid and sugar. You would shake a bit of it on the back of your hand and lick it off. Penny a pack.

No doubt the school district had to crack down on this, no pun intended. The teachers would have to become inspectors, making sure the students were not buying, selling or trading real drugs. Have some of these students seen the real thing at home? Are they emulating their elders?

I used to be able to buy that stuff in paper straws. Tear off the end, and pour all that sugary goodness into your mouth.
