We no longer are allowed to have states. No, we really aren’t.

Some people take this idea seriously:

"States are a relic of the past. It’s time to get rid of them" Washington Post November 15, 2016

That is the crux of leftist ideology.

I’ve been saying for a long time that Hillary is going to be declared the winner, nobody believes me, but I’ll say it again, Hillary is going to be declared the winner before this is over. I’m surprised that Freepers think she was just going to go away, those Freepers have no idea what we are up against and how quickly the world is going to change in a matter of weeks, and violently so I’m afraid.

I don’t understand why Trump/GOP have not demanded recounts is Nevada, New Hampshire, Maine and Minnesota.

I think it's good that they haven't. Right now, it's obvious to anyone paying attention that Hillary (through her Stein surrogate) is a sore loser. Not playing the tit-for-tat game keeps Trump looking "presidential" and gives him increased standing with the American people when he becomes president and turns his attention to dealing with election fraud and securing the vote.

this was quite disturbing , I read all the briefs .

He found case law so the adding votes should have never happened . It’s in 5 parts or more .

Also if This is true it’s horrible

US State Department Document Stating Hillary Clinton To Be Inaugurated As President Stuns Russia

http://www.whatdoesitmean.com/index2179.htm

Also on Kos dem posted this , & was able to do it unheeded

on Kos , The Chester County (PA) Democratic Committee (CCDC) collected enough affidavits to have at least 60% of our precincts recounted. We collected over 400 affidavits in about 3 days to force this recount. An exceptional effort.

This recount is independent of the court-ordered recount that the Stein campaign cancelled. We took our affidavits directly to Voter Services, not the court system. It is being done at no cost to the petitioners. Two officers of the CCDC led this effort with strong support from our Zone Leaders and Committee Persons. It should be noted that we did this as volunteers for the Stein campaign, not for any other political party or organization. We had good support from the Stein campaign who sent two lawyers to Chester County to help us with the legal details.

It should be noted that we have paper ballots in Chester County which are counted by machine. Chester County is one of only 6 or 8 counties in Pennsylvania which vote using paper ballots.

When are they going to demand a recount in New Hampshire and Minnesota, where Hillary won by razor-thin margins? This is all about accuracy, right? /sarc>

And George Bush stayed above the fray and got trashed for it. The people who support Trump aren’t going to think any less of him for counter attacking with recounts, and the people who don’t support him will not give him any credit for not doing it. He needs to hit back and I don’t understand why he isn’t doing it.

You raise a good point. The difference, as I see it, is that Bush never did anything about all the crap that was thrown at him. I imagine that Trump is simply biding his time, then will silence his critics with action, when the time is right.

At least, that’s what I’m hoping. Time will tell.

You are SO right my FRiend. I wonder how many Green Party voters in Pennsylvania are willing to pay an equal share of the total cost of this fiasco? “None”?

The final arbiter of the validity of electors is the House. Hillary will be no closer to the presidency than she is now. The already certified slates will be accepted, recount or no recount, judge or no judge.

As I understand it, voters were perfectly capable of requesting a recount until Nov 21.

Well it was stupid for Trump to do his “little victory tour” while the recounts were still being initiated...he may end up looking like an idiot!

The green party has lost elections in PA before with the same recount laws on the books and never complained. Precedent of acceptance has been set.

Did this case go to another handpicked democrat judge?

I'm sure Team Clinton had these judges picked out by July at the latest.

These lawsuits need to be challenged based on jurisdiction, and on nothing else. Once we allow national elections to be picked over in this fashion by courts without jurisdiction, we will never rule ourselves again.

Not at all....America has ACCEPTED the fact that Trump is the President elect and day by day, more and more are becoming comfortable with it...His victory tour is a stroke of genius as it helps cement the fact he is President elect in the country’s mind.
