“A judge is going to really have to do some legal gymnastics to rule in her favor in the PA case. Not saying it won’t happen, but it would be interesting to see the legal argument.”

If the judge was appointed by Obama get ready for a state wide recount in PA. I’ve also read that if she doesn’t get the recount in PA she’ll appeal to the Supreme Court. The theft is on and for Fox News and the others to ignore the story is BS. But then again they all want Clinton to win, and it’s all about her winning. Stein is her flunky.

Curiously Trump himself seems unconcerned.

I’m not saying you’re wrong, but PA law is quite clear regarding deadlines, what triggers a recount, etc. He/she would have to rule that the taxpayers of PA are required to pay the bond for recount rather than her. I just don’t see how that flies since she doesn’t meet PA’s 0.5% margin for the automatic recount. I suppose the judge could rule that the 0.5% margin is somehow wrong, but it’s really dangerous to interfere with state election laws and not the issue being brought before the judge.

I’m actually torn between thinking it would be better to just do the recount and get it over with versus fight it because we’re in the right. WI laws were also quite clear. Crazy, but clear. Stein followed the law and is getting what she paid for. I’m actually enjoying it because it shows the American people how accurate election day tabulations are.
