Dallas — I am a Republican presidential elector, one of the 538 people asked to choose officially the president of the United States. Since the election people have asked me to change my vote based on policy disagreements with Donald J. Trump. In some cases, they cite the popular vote difference. I do not think president-elects should be disqualified for policy disagreements. I do not think they should be disqualified because they won the Electoral College instead of the popular vote. However, now I am asked to cast a vote on Dec. 19 for someone who shows daily he is not qualified for the office.

I can’t quite figure out whether this guy is an ATTENTION WHORE, a CLOSET ‘RAT/RINO, a DUFUS, an IMMATURE JERK or a PERSON WITH A ROOM-TEMPERATURE IQ. Perhaps he is all of them.
Wisconsin will finish its recount. They are over 40% recounted as of this morning.
But Michigan and PA are held up in court, 306 - 20 - 16 is 270 with Wisconsin’s 10 EVs. 270 minus faithless . . . . . and we have a problem.
Unless the interpretation is 270 is not the number. “Majority of the electors appointed” is lower than 270 if MI and PA are excluded.
They couldn’t find a combat veteran. Which branch did Suprun serve in?

Sec. 192.006. MEETING OF ELECTORS. (a) The electors shall convene at the State Capitol at 2 p.m. on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December following their election and shall perform their duties as prescribed by federal law.
(b) The secretary of state shall arrange for the meeting place, notify the electors, and call the meeting to order. The secretary shall act as temporary chair of the meeting until the electors elect a chair from among themselves.
(c) If an elector is absent at the time for convening the meeting, the electors may declare the elector position vacant by a majority vote of those present at the meeting.

Sec. 192.007. REPLACEMENT AFTER ELECTION. (a) The electors meeting to vote for president and vice-president may appoint a replacement elector by a majority vote of the qualified electors present if:
(1) the vacancy occurred before presidential election day and a replacement was not chosen under Section 192.004;
(2) on or after presidential election day, an elector is declared ineligible or dies; or
(3) the vacancy is declared under Section 192.006(c).
(b) The chair of the electors shall notify the secretary of state of the name and residence address of a replacement elector immediately on the replacement’s appointment.

If Pa (20) & Mi (16) are held up and miss the Dec 13 deadline. As I understand it they are subtracted from the overall total of 538 to a new total of 502. The new target is now 252, Trump now at 270 (306 - 36 = 270) surpasses that target. If the Rats succeed in doing this they have disenfranchise the Pa & Mi voters. (Like Rats actually care!)

Bush v Gore argued against that. If FL E. votes in 2000 had been held up for the recount, Gore argued the count should be 270 - FL for the majority and Gore would have won.
