Don't scapegoat migrants. Just execute rapists and murderers. They dead criminals won't re-offend. Repeat as necessary.

This is not stupidity. It is a well planned assault on Western civilization. A 19 year old? He is just a child. Refugees are considered children until they are 40 years old. In Sweden a woman learned that her 12 year old foster child was in his 20s and well trained with a rifle.
