I was thinking this morning that the savings to the taxpayer from combing the books and getting rid of the fraud, the ripoffs, the payola, the waste, etc. would probably pay of the national debt over not too many years.

67 degrees for a high, and 47 degrees for a low- down here in the sunny southwest part of the USA... also- somewhat cloudy, with the potential for another stunning sunset tonight.
My brother’s boss brought back up from Rocky Point, Mexico, a big bag of freshly caught jumbo ocean shrimp, which are going on the barby later tonight.

Looks like the crowd has yet to fill the seats at the NC venue- I expect a 45-60 minute delay in the start time, same as last time.

C-SPAN2 is supposedly going to carry the rally at 7 pm. I’m going to watch a Star Trek rerun from 6 to 7, then off to C-SPAN2.
My reception has been hiccup free for the past 15 minutes or so...
