Almost at the end. Not allowed to quote here but it says Schuette tried to intervene on Sunday night and had filed something with Goldsmith who has not responded. Ahem. Not responded since Sunday night.

The State should stiff arm the Feds on the recount, but definitely leave the door open to investigate the Fraud in the various precincts.

It was a motion to intervene, add himself (or the state) as a party to the case between the Green Party and the GOP. The story you linked said that the idiot judge didn't grant the request, not that he didn't respond to the request.
