Clinton would have needed to win WI, MI and PA in the recounts.
Trump would have needed to retain only one of them to win.
Unless they can find another state, it is likely over. Some are trying to get a recount started in FL.
If they can flip one or two states, they can still win by flipping electors. That’s the plan.
