Was it not reported a few years back, that ‘federal agencies’ started to block en masse website access from any and all desk computers, not related to the functions within those offices?

HTF do you do that?

I mean, if a federal agency has any valid reason for existence, how are you going to design a filter to keep its employees from accessing websites not within its purview?

The only option is to hire only responsible employees, in which case, there is no need for such a filter.

Or, better yet, realize that there is no valid reason to have the federal agency in the first place, in which case, no employees and no need for a filter!
