Goldsmith will slow walk his decision until pressured to buy time. Stein won’t appeal to the MISC until unless the secretary of state goes over his head for his slow walk, but the appeal to the MISC even if affirming the appeals court goes back to Goldsmith where he will slow walk it again until slapped down. By that time, the recount will have completed.

That's what I think. It's just not as cut and dried as some think.

But let's hope we are wrong.

He can do that, and the AG can ask the 6th Circuit Court (which has already said they expect him to modify or dissolve his order on the basis of what the MI state courts decide) can order him to dissolve the order if he will not do so in a timely manner.
