Monica Crowley has also been discussed as a possible press secretary. I think she and Laura are both good. I believe that Trump’s current communications director, Miller, is also being considered.

If Laura wants to help make policy, perhaps she could be General Counsel in one of the Departments (she is an attorney).

I think it would be a hoot if Diamond and Silver did the pressers one day a week.
