but if we do nothign at all it will increase exponentially as the enemies learn how cowardly and unwilling to fight them IF we go the route of not sending a powerful message that we are noone to be messed with- Bullies keep bullying when the ones they bully don’t stand up for themselves and for the oppressed-
I would be OK with that if and only if we applied overwhelming force, utterly destroyed anyone/anything we thought was an issue, and then left.
I’m so done with nation-building in these irredeemable third world hellholes. We need to decide if we want to destroy terrorists or try to make better people. The former is actually possible.
