Attorney General Pruitt has apparently never seen an EPA rule that didn’t prompt him to run to court to have it blocked.

Sounds like my kind of guy. Now if we can just that get corrosive ethanol out of my gasoline . . . .

NY Times headline about same story:

Donald Trump Picks Scott Pruitt, Ally of Fossil Fuel Industry, to Lead E.P.A.

He's from BIG OIL!

LOL!

This may be the biggest win of the week.

The EPA is a corrupt, ineffective and damaging government entity.

Turn it into something useful, or shut it down and let the states handle it.

So much for those worried about Trump and Ivanka meeting with Fat All Gore yesterday. This is, for Gore, worse than being told “F You!” to his face.

We can also use Larry Pratt of Gun Owners of America to head BATF with the primary aim of abolishing it as soon as humanly possible.

Likewise Oklahoma AG Pruitt should aim for abolition of EPA and each and every global "climate change" or "global warming" fantasy and program of the federales for abolition of capitalism and each and slashing every nickel of funding for this nonsense to anyone or anything whatsoever.

NUKE THE UTTERLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL EPA

The Constitution gives the feds no such authority. Environmental issues are states' issues and if there is a controversy between states then the Supreme Court is authorized to rule on the issue.
