Interesting to note that Trump is going against the grain. Rather then going to Universities to hire theoreticians, or hiring career poltical/lobbyists type, he is going to the private sector to hire people with private sector experience instead or to the military to hire warrior class appointees

What a classically wonderful idea.

Hiring people who are familiar with, and successful at what they do, rather than who gave the most to the campaign funds, or who is most liberal!

I like it. All of it.

Liberals think they are the smartest people in any room, including rooms full of other liberals.

You know what his picks for various posts tells me? He is going to be a working President, not a effing golfing President, because he is taking his job seriously.

Come on...Mattis for SecDef? John Kelly for DHS? Wilbur Ross for Commerce? Michael Flynn NSA?

Trump means business.

I will say, I don’t like Nikki Haley or Elaine Chao, but I suppose appointing Nikki Haley to the UN post gets her out of South Carolina, which many conservatives will probably be happy about. And how much damage can she do at the UN? Elaine Chao, well...anything that throws a bone to Mitch McConnell fills me with dread. I think that is a snake that is going to come back and bite him in some way.
