It appears they are trying to get to the 0.5% to trigger an automatic state-wide recount. Hillary has to pick up about 12,000 votes to make that occur.

O recount in an entire state has picked up more than about 1500, and that was an anomaly. I doubt that they can pick up. 12,000 in a few counties.
