The NBC4 I-Team has obtained police body cam video — never before seen publicly — that shows cops allowing a K-9 to bite a naked, unarmed man, including for over 40 seconds after officers had him pinned to the ground.
Attorneys who've seen the video say it amounts to excessive force, and raises questions for all police departments about how they use K-9s.

Hardly unarmed. Maybe naked, but he had two arms.
One guy,at least 4 cops and the guy was not really resisting.So what if he was stoned and slow to respond to orders-putting the dog on him was at the least simply lazy,or worse sadistic.
Poor dog. It took him 3 denta-bones to get the taste of that naked guy out of his mouth.

He resisted and the next thing heard was PEW PEW.
There was a great segment from the COPS tv show.
I think it was in Florida.
They were arresting a muscular white guy for dealing drugs.
The guy broke free and ran.
The police literally cornered him.
Turns out the guy was a Black Belt.
He started kicking the crap out of about five policeman.
Up walks a deputy with his K-9.
Kind of skinny.
Him and the dog are there watching the fight.
I think that dog was just sitting there.
Well, Bob Black Belt decides that anyone with a badge is fair game, so he steps out and kicks the K-9 deputy.
Bad move.
The deputy dropped the leash.
You could see the German Sheperd say, “Why, you dirty son-of-a-bitch!”
That dog tore into Bob Black Belt.
It looked like one of those cartoons with the Tasmanian Devil.
The dog went up one side and down the other, biting all the time.
When it was done, Bob Black Belt was standing there holding a piece of his shorts to cover himself and softly whimpering.
I was laughing so hard I fell out of my chair.
The cops were 100% wrong.
They should be fired and charged.
Where do they get these sadistic cops from, and who hires them, and why?
This was not like that.................

Are you serious? These cops need to be fired and tried for assault with a deadly weapon.
At a time when police credibility is on the line, when cops are being shot by lunatics aroused by this stuff, it is even more urgent that pigs like this pay the penalty for their aberrant behavior.
Its not THEIR job to be judge jury and executioner. Its OUR job as jurors through the courts.
Damn these bastard loose cannons and the Blue Wall which defends them.
