Yes, it does not tell us where he was born. But it tells us, in no uncertain terms, that BO certificate is fake. Because I was not born yesterday, I can surmise, he faked it for the reason that he was not born in the US. The birth cert. was a fake because he was not born in the US. Why else fake a birth certificate?
