Sorry, it is not possible to prove you are thirty five years old without a valid birth certificate.

In addition, the Twentieth Amendment, Section Three requires that someone who is "President-Elect" provide proof of meeting the eligibility requirements for President or Congress is instructed to name an interim President who does meet the requirements. The burden of proof is placed upon the person seeking the office. If you don't have a valid birth certificate, you can't legally serve. Congress avoided their duty twice and we have suffered a usurpation because of it.

That is 100% false. Congress is not instructed, in Amendment XX or elsewhere, what it must or must not do when counting the electoral votes to ascertain eligibillty.
