I will have to let you study the images, you suggested not to take any notice of the dates. It's impossible to make sense of what he writes. He's got the top two images of his mother and Simeon with two boys that look the same, one appears to be Mark. He names the younger boy David.

Then we see an image I picked up off Google Images recently, which looks like it might be an out-take from video. The man is obviously Barack Obama. No date of course. But the image directly below it shows it was taken on the same day and it's dated in 1970.

And the last one is the 'famous' two little boys image, which he now maintains was from c. 1971. Not only are they different children, but they are somehow miraculously younger...

The question remains. Who are the children in the original image Mark posted on his website?

There's little doubt the dark boy is the one standing with Barack Obama and Ruth, but he isn't Mark, and we are back at the beginning. Who that boy is shown with Mark from the original book cover, I have no idea. You might need to allow for it to be a composition. He looks too much like the child wearing the University of Hawaii T Shirt to be anyone else...

Looking at 2 pics of the ones you posted:

1) The color pic of “the Kenyan” man with 3 kids

2) the b & w pic of four kids right below it

The swim trunks of the two younger boys in both pics are the same.

Those two boys, IMHO, are Mark and Zippo. The facial features, ears, and hair lines match Mark and Zippo. The picture of David does not match either of these two little boys, period.
