Maybe Assange is just fine but decided he didn’t want some internet amateurs destroying his life insurance policy, ever consider that?
I don't think it is a coincidence. It was not just coincidence that Sean asked him nothing about where he has been, is he OK, is he still in London, etc. I think Sean was told not to, he was told what to avoid. IMO.
