Based on Clapper and Comey’s public statements, that strong consensus must be that the Russian government had little or no actual interference in the US election, beyond what every country does.
Brennan’s statement has two purposes: 1) dictate a party line to “his” employees; 2) give “journalists” a blank screen for projecting their favorite conclusions.
