Texas has 38 EVs, not 34. So 4 of them didn't show up to vote?

If this be the case, the max. no. of electors Trump can get will be 301, since only 33 in Texas will vote for him (the jerk Supron is in the room) and he loses five from the 306 he won. Something must be rotten in Texas.

So 4 of them didn't show up to vote? I think two are absent and the two ladies that he mentioned at the beginning were declared ineligible for some reason.
How texas replaces electors I am not sure.
