During the campaign there were stories of disgruntled contestants from the Apprentice saying they had tapes of Mr. Trump saying bad things. Due to a confidentiality clause they would be fined if they released the tapes or something like that. They even went so far as to ask if someone would pay the fine for them if they released them.

I imagine these are the same tapes that Tom Arnold is talking about but he is trying a different tactic to get them released I think.
