In order to put this halfassed “scheme” in place, all voter fraud would have to be prevented. No illegal aliens would be allowed to vote. Only U.S. Citizens could cast ballots. All ballots would have to be counted including all mail-in ballots as well as all provisional ballots. No ballot could remain uncounted. All voting machines would need to somehow be verified to stop incidents like Detroit where every ballot for Clinton registered 6 votes. No one knows who actually got the most legal votes in the last election.
