Your screening mechanism sounds great. Who the heck makes a pass at a waitress or drinks too much, in a job interview situation?? Does he not realize the lunch itself is part of the interview process, and to try to be on his best behavior???

Cow's name was a bit of an exaggeration. :-) Sandwich agonizing and waiter quizzing ("I'm a vegetarian though I do eat some kinds of animal products. What kind of stock is used in the soup?? Is this organic? Etc?") were absolutely true, though.
