I wouldn’t eat there. They may do something to your food.
I’d order it, but take it home and examine it closely -— with witnesses, and a camera.
Many years ago at a conference a food sanitation inspector/administrator was seated at our dinner table. The stories were horrendous about what food handlers do with food. . .and then others piled on to what she said. Spitting in the food was one of milder examples and these were supposedly “high class” restaurants cited for violations.
