Israel is a staunch ally of the U.S.

I consider a "staunch ally" of the US those nations that send their own to battle along side our men and women.

Should we be seen as disrespecting or ignoring them with a singular invitation to Israel?

If Israel “fought beside us” in the Middle East it would do more harm than good. I don’t think we have ever asked them otherwise.

If push came to shove would they stand with us? I have always believed that to be true.
