Perpetual Motion--

Intentionally create a losing position that must be defended by government lawyers with payout to the loose nuts employed by the EPA.

Red Meat for the Breitbarts of the world.

Remember Shirley Sherrod?

Add-in the ACoE, who are in some cases, worse than nazis. I’ve had experience with all of them here in PA.

Shut down the EPA AND DON’T replace it.

The whole EPA is illegal because it is unconstitutional. Nowhere does the Constitution delegate enumerated power to the feds over the environment. Environmental issues are states’ issues.

Giving the feds that power would require more than just state assent. It would require a constitutional amendment, necessary for any change to the Constitution.

In the meantime...

NUKE THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL EPA!!!

“Every single hetero employee should say they are”

Every single employee ought to say... “It is no one’s business (in Human Resources) how I choose to achieve orgasm.”

"I self identify as a male lesbian."

Silly, that would be "other" then, wouldn't it?

Are you straight, gay, animal, mineral, vegetable, liquid, gas, solid or “something else”?

I’m confused. When that woman Miss Lewinsky was licking presidential lollipop the mantra was a man’s trouser hockey was nobody’s business but his own.
Now it’s the business of govt HR?

Their “genderosity” is important to their employment. Their participation in the global warming scam is not.

It’s none of their business.

Time to fire whoever called for this and all those “following orders” of their fuhrer.

"What sex were you assigned at birth??? This is how liberals view it; that someone “assigns” you a sex ..."

Well, that would appear to mean that they are indicating their belief in God ... after all, who else would "assign" your sex to you before (or at) birth?

Think about this: Breitbart - Shirley Sherrod

The author(s) and supervisors on this memo/survey have sovereign immunity, IMHO.

They are salting the mine, so the government lawyers will be engaged to defend the government against an obvious violation of employment law.

Money will hemorrhage out the door at the EPA keeping lawyers funded and probably paying a bunch of soon-to-be-unemployed agency staffers a settlement.

The emails and legal opinions will be hidden because of "pending" litigation.

.

Hello DRUDGE

HELLO TRUMP

HELLO BREITBART

I suppose so but then I would be lumped in with all the “other” freaks and it would harm my self image and self esteem. But since it’s the government I would assume they would have personal counselors available for me to talk through my issues...

Well, I can see your point with that, but I figured that if everybody listed themselves as "others", that would really throw a wrench in the cogs of the system. I mean, after all, if we're all "other", who are they to say otherwise, those wise and powerful proponents of anything not normal? How badly is THAT going to skew their numbers?
