If he’s Hispanic, he may be of Dominican descent. By his face, he’s unlikely to be Mexican and probably not even Cuban (since they are generally very white or very black). Dominicans are more mixed, and of course there are other places in the Caribbean that the family could have come from.
But the “I’m not a Jew” remark is a little puzzling, to put it mildly.
Puerto Rico
I question whether the “I’m not a Jew” remark was fog of war, or even a possible victim who somehow thought he was targeting jews. I had also heard his weapon was a bolt action rifle from one witness. Things get crazy in heat of the moment.
The pic from the Trump Family thread SEEMS to be him, more recent, with manicured eyebrows and way more muzzy-looking. On another thread his AK house is 7mi from a newly-built mosque.
Until we know the vics, motive is going to be tricky...
