Vicente Fox is just an ex-president now, right?

Maybe a drinker?
Fox is an American citizen. Like all Mexican presidents he looted the place for all he could and then hightailed here. Screw him.
Under Fox’s and his successor’s (Felipe Calderon’s) watch, Mexico deteriorated into a de facto narco-state with one of the world’s highest per capita murder rates. I don’t think Fox is in any position to question the legitimacy of any US President given his party’s record in office.
