Lawmakers are going after Trump for attacking US intelligence agencies
Business Insider ^ | 1-4-2017 | Chris Sanchez

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer cautioned Trump against mocking the nation’s top spy agencies during an interview with MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow:

“Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,” Schumer said.

“So even for a practical supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he’s being really dumb to do this,” Schumer said.

When he becomes the president DJT should convene a meeting with the heads of all the intel agencies within out government. He should invite both Party Congressional leaders as well.

At this meeting he should play the quote made by Schumer in which he claims the intel agencies can “get you 6 ways from Sunday”. He should then ask Schumer exactly what this means and invite input from each of the Agency heads in attendance.

All of this should be on the record and made public immediately following the meeting. The way to stop this big mouth BS from self important AH like Schumer is too call them out publicly each and every time they issues what amounts to a threat or even their having the knowledge of a threatening response by another party towards the president or anyone else.

BINGO!! And Trump should just ignore the entire thing and move forward with an agenda! This whole thing is becoming a clown car circus act where we have real work and reforms to accomplish. Were watching a game of whose crank is bigger. This is just discouraging to watch

““Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,” Schumer said.”

Trump needs to simply fire those in the Intel Community he sees as “trying to get back at him.” And he doesn’t need “six ways from Sunday” to do it.

Everyone in the current government needs to be looked at with a critical eye. It is rampant fraud throughout and the swamp must be drained. I mean every part including intelligence. Clean house, President Trump!!!

So, he’s saying that our own security agencies will blackmail a sitting US President. That says volumes about how f’ed up things are in Washington.

So much of the 60’s that needs to be gotten rid of. These people are addicted to protests, marches, sit-ins, love-ins, cutesy names for what they think are clever movements, anti-establishment, being “edgy” and outrageous, making normal people look away. Somehow they don’t get it that all of that had a place in its time, but it is past, way past. They have not noticed that they themselves now ARE the establishment and that there is no further envelope to push, no way to be even MORE outrageous. It has all been done - rainbow hair, nude bike riding in Portland, etc. You can still annoy us, but you can no longer shock us. Your little charades, political manipulations are now exposed.

Let me tell you, little Chuckie, the President is their boss. And this President Elect is getting fed up with the IC's BS.

Little Chuckie, you have no idea who you are dealing with.

“Lawmakers” in this context is a weasel word. Two “lawmakers” were mentioned, both of them Democrats. They make it sound as if the entire U.S. Congress was “going after” Trump.

When ‘Clown Shumer’ talks about Intelligent Committee, why don’t we remind him, if we know about a lot of things, so does he and he didn’t do a thing about it...

This is just ONE example of what ‘Clown Shumer’ knows:

Libyian tick tock...emails connecting Clinton to destruction of Lybia...

I think we need to praise the hardworking workers of the intelligence agencies for all the sacrifices and hard work they do to gather intelligence.

Why not consider this a veiled threat from the schmuck and and call him out? Is he encouraging retribution by a govt. agency against an American citizen for freely speaking out.If he knows retribution has occurred in the past and did nothing to draw it out and punish the perpetrators then he should shut his bloody mouth.

“I think we need to praise the hardworking workers of the intelligence agencies for all the sacrifices and hard work they do to gather intelligence.”

That’s their job. I work hard at my job, do you think I should be praised as well?

I think we need to clear out all the corrupt politicized hacks responsible for this “Russian interference” nonsense. Trump is just the guy to do it.

Both Crapper and Brennan have lied UNDER OATH...before Congress

That is enough for me that both the FBI and the CIA needs a real swamp cleaning. It would seem that there must be enough within both their staffs that have not exposed the criminals that a complete veting is needed.

Did you praise Comey when he went before national media and publicly stated Clinton was guilty as hell, but still opted not to pursue it?

just what he says is scary. That our president has to worry about the intelligence community. This means we have a real problem with the CIA. And we need to deal with it fast. We can’t have our CIA running thing behind the scenes. That’s not America.

***“Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,” Schumer said.***

So this is what our intelligence community does, gets back at US citizens, etc. Apparently this is why they can’t actually gather intelligence in order to protect US citizens, only exact revenge on us. Well thank you Chuckie, for finally confirming what we already assumed.

I guess the so called “kooks”are right after all. I guess we could start with Patton, JFK, Bobby Kennedy and go from there then.

That’s what happens to people who love the sound of their own voice, sooner or later they screw up and say too much. Maybe he should be worried for just outing our intelligence community.

I really hope Trump realizes the historic reality of his Presidency. It has nothing to do with him and EVERYTHING to do with cleaning out the vast number of traitors and saving our Republic.
