The main reason is because parents are choosing not to vaccinate their children.
The main reason is all the illegals, etc. in this country who were not screened for health issues. Duh! Just go to the Dr. Mercola Website www.mercola.com for his research on vaccinations. . .it is very troubling.

A lot of this is political.
Tx fought obamacare hard and a lot of people lost medicaid.

Big mistake. The anti-technology Luddites are spreading their stupidity to the masses. Vaccines have saved 10s of millions of lives and 100s of millions in medical costs. The people running these anti tech forums, many of which are lawyers, are making millions from donors by preying on the ignorant.

I am a believer in VOLUNTARY vaccines. If you dont want yourself or your kid to get the vaccine, then YOU run the risk of the damages of that vaccine.
