I’d like to say it doesn’t matter anymore, but it does. He will keep sticking his nose into things even after he is out of office. Discrediting him would be great. Perhaps it would possibly affect a number of decisions he made using executive power.
My crazy theory: At some point in the future, the globalists will start saying that “everybody knew” Barack was foreign born, but it didn’t matter because he was so wonderful.
I think it matters, but what I have concluded is that the certificate could say that Bozo The Clown performed the birthing, and you would still have a sizeable portion of the electorate that would neither believe it or care about it.
That in itself is disturbing, but there you have it.
