If you watched the hearings this is an obvious put up job by Rubio, Tilerson was tough on these countries and Rubio is pretending T should have said said ridiculous things like “Putin is a war criminal”.
Do you mean like in a trial when the defense will ask questions the prosecution would normally ask in order to defuse them?
