California has a 90% population that earns at or below the poverty line.
Over 90% take, especially CA state union workers.

Each child of a non-citizen or non-legal resident cost $195,000.00 to get through high school.
Easily that is 40 % of children in the state if not 80%.

Obviously you end all entitlements to families with no citizen or legal resident parent.
You start to move the other nation’s kids out and you save a fortune.

We have 40% of all welfare in the nation in this state. 80% is probably connected to non-legal residents or the children of non-legal residents.

Let's do a different version of Calexit.
We all vote as to whether or not California can stay in the union";^)

China’s got lots of cash and would love a port in present-day California. The media and political donors would love a Chinese port there too.

So, no problem!
