I did not see Tucker Carlson's interview but I will track it down. It's funny but a few years ago, I would've thought it crazy to believe this. What changed? Watching the reaction of the GOP to Trump during the primaries AND during the general. These last two years have caused the scales to fall from my eyes.

While certainly not my theory, I am now convinced that very serious people decided some time before, during or after the success of the Manhattan Project that the government of this nation could not be left to whims and caprices of the electorate. Trump is the first president in a long time not be their creature.

What began perhaps as an unconstitutional action in the interests of national security metastasized into toppling governments, continual "small" wars, drug and human trafficking, etc., all extremely lucrative. It finances the buying of politicians here and abroad.

Trump is a threat to them and their racket.
