It is long past the time for McCain to resign or be recalled.
Arizona’s governor is a Republican, so he can appoint a Republican to replace McCain, thus maintaining the current balance of power in the Senate.
As a resident of AZ I wrote to McCain to resign. He has gone beyond just opposing Trump and his policies. I did not vote for McCain in the general. I knew he would still win, so it was really just a protest vote.
I may go and make a personnel call at his Tucson office..just to press my point.
