Just because they are pardoned doesn’t mean the investigation couldn’t, or shouldn’t continue, and commission of perjury in the course of the investigation wouldn’t be covered by the pardon.
I think she is toast. Trump knows she is the one behind all this heat he has been getting about the Russian hacking and I would not doubt for a second she’s also behind the fake news of him with the hookers. This woman is a criminal psychopath. If he doesn’t see to it that she is locked up, she is never going to stop trying to destroy him.
When does he issue those pardons anyway? He’s now got 5 days left. I’ve been betting for the past 8 years that he’s going to pardon terrorists - specifically the architect of 911 Khalid Sheik Mohammed who if you’ll remember Obama and Holder were trying to have tried in a civilian court to increase the chance of his case being tossed.

Wow, a few hours, that is pretty hit and run, right up Obummers alley. I fully expect him to pardon terrorists just like he’s been doing with Gitmo the past 8 years, but I think the big one he is going to pardon is going to be Khalid Sheik Mohammed or the traitors Chelsea Manning and Bowe Bergdahl if not all of them. The guy is a traitor so it stands to reason he will pardon enemies of this country. I don’t think he will pardon Hillary because that would mean he endorsed a criminal for POTUS and I dont think he likes her. I think he can pardon her even though she hasn’t been indicted like Ford pardoned Nixon.

Trump promised to ‘drain the swamp’ and we all know that the D.C. swamp is mighty deep . . . but a promise is a promise. I don’t care if it includes the guy that carries the 5-gallon jug of water to the water cooler - the corruption needs to be found and eradicated.
He can pardon them all but only to a point. It is my understanding that treason can not be pardoned. Forget the small fish, go straight for the treason charge. Ordinarily it is hard to prove - but not so much in the case of the Clinton Crime Network.
And, if proven, murder is also not subject to a presidential pardon.
When they start lifting rocks deals will start happening. With the CGI defunct there will be no money left to pay huge murder contracts. Some will turn on the Clintons and things will start leaking of a devastating nature. Bill and Hill are toast.
She broke laws. The politicized, corrupt FBI and DOJ under this administration need to face charges as well for the attempted coverup.
An interesting aside: if Obama does pardon her he will have to pardon anyone who participated in the criminality.....an endless number of people.
Plus a presidential pardon does not apply to civil suits....of which there could be many.
If she’s pardoned, AG Sessions would not need subpoenas to get info to pursue her...since pardoned Hillary has no criminal culpability.
