>>...takes an oath to enforce federal laws and uphold the Constitution<<

Both Holder and Lynch refused to enforce federal immigration law. My question, where in hell was congress? Why did they not impeach both for not protecting our citizens?

That has been the worst thing about this administration, the politicizing of the DOJ and FBI.

Under Holder and Lynch it has been the Just Us Dept.
Special treatment for their people. Holder stated that plainly.
That’s why he dropped the case against the Black Panthers even after they had gotten a summary judgment against them.

I don’t know who actually has a say in whether or not the death penalty is administered at the federal level. It’s been my understanding that it was withheld because of Obama’s preference.

Many families have suffered as a result of the failure to uphold justice, their pain extended as they were denied the justice that the juries declared. These families have not been able to close their ‘accounts’ with tragedy as a result of Obama’s lack of mercy toward them. But, Obama will uphold the right to murder the innocent. Sick.

I do hope Atty. General Sessions and President Trump are serious in their desire to respect the rule of law. Either or both should receive letters from the families who’ve been denied Justice. It’s a part of the swamp that needs cleansing.
