Unless “chaining the trains” causes some sort of system shutdown, it’s going to take a lot of chain to hold one of those metro trains back. They produce 750 to 1000 horsepower per car.
Maybe they should try to chain it to the hot rail.

I hope the guy gave the info to the authorities with enough time to stop it, as opposed to just getting more attention for his actions.
