What one does with facts makes a wee bit of a difference.
In yet another pissing contest between USA and Russia; it was a contest to see who had the best race cars.
A neutral track was selected, cars, drivers and mechanics all were ready.
The flag dropped and off they went!!
Round and round until it was over and USA had emerged the triumphant winner.
